Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway quickly responded on Twitter, writing, "One day after promising to be aspirational & uplifting, Hillary insults millions of Americans."

Again look at every rally that Trump has. The world according to hIllary is that 1/2 of every crowd are the worst types of people in the world. The other half are confused idiots.

A lot of Senator Dirksen’s jokes weren’t that comical, obviously some were. He was always trying to curry favor from his friend LBJ, who personally liked Dirksen more than many of Johnson’s popular Democrats.
