I believe we have always known that the Justice Department will not indict.
But the more critical thing is whether the FBI will recommend for an indictment. That would come first anyway.
This FBI Director is supposed to be known to be npo-nonsense and a straight shooter. If he truly is, and honors hos oath, then we may see that recommendation.
If that happens, she will be toast whether the Justice Department actually indicts her or not.
Everyone will know that it is just a political thing...but she will be judged harshly in the court of public opinion accordingly and such a recommendation should finish her.
It'll all depends on what the Obama administration decides it wants with regard to who gets the Dem nomination. That's not clear yet.
But my bet is on Biden (possibly with Warren as VP) taking over when Hillary falls low enough in the polls that it becomes clear Trump will win.
The FBI will simply be the means to force her to drop out for "health" or similar fabricated reasons.
