People like Governor Walker has basically admitted that Rafael is being used to stop Trump and someone else will get the nomination.

Cruz is being used like a $10 hooker.

First of all Cruz needs to get more then 20 percent overall before even discussing districts. He is at 17 percent so your post is a waste of time.
