He’s lining up delegates for the second ballot. Don’t be surprised when he’s sworn-in in January. He went from 3% to a big win in is senate race.

Cruz won 44% of the vote in Texas with twelve other candidates on the ballot.

So far, nationally Trump has won 37% of the vote. Trump has never won a majority in any state. A 37% plurality was enough to win early open primaries with a dozen other candidates on the ballot. Now, not so much.
If Trump cannot win a clear majority in NY with only two other candidates in the ballot then he can never win a majority anywhere.
Where is it discredited?
If Trump breaks 50% in NY, will Cruz drop out?
Cruz should have still gotten over 50% in his own State!

Trump is the leader. Since when does the leader drop out? Second and third should as soon as it is evident they are not going to win. Kasich should have dropped out after Ohio. Any day now for Cruz but he won’t.

I only count 5: Cruz, Trump, Rubio, Carson and Kasich, and Carson and Kasich were both non-factors below 5%. So basically it was a 3-man race like now.

If you just want to count the votes for Cruz, Kasich and Trump, then Cruz got 59% of the vote. Is Trump going to get 59% of the vote in a race with just Cruz, Kasich and Trump?
