He’s painting Cruz as a faker, a charlatan, a lightweight, a prima donna who can’t get things done because he’s made enemies in high places. He has Cruz on the defensive, and Cruz hasn’t figured out a way to turn that table around.

That remark put battle imagery in my mind whenever I try to imagine what Trump is doing.
Trump is like the American Armed forces in 1991 moving into Iraq with overwhelming force and precision. All the others, including the humpty dumpty media (Fox, NRO, all of them) are Saddam bragging about the Mother of All Battles.
