But to me this whole thing with FOX has the look and feel of a pre-attack MANEUVER and that the real battle offensive is just over the horizon.

He’s painting Cruz as a faker, a charlatan, a lightweight, a prima donna who can’t get things done because he’s made enemies in high places.
