The new Act didn’t repeal the definition of natural born citizen. If that was the intent of the Act, it would have been spelled out. NBC was never thereafter mentioned in any of the subsequent Naturalization Acts.

Where in the world did you get the idea that an Act that is repealed gets to keep all its definitions if not specifically mentioned in the new Act.
