Is it clear in your mind that the last sitting VP to win election to POTUS was GHW Bush - and the last one before him was Martin van Buren in 1836?GHWB was elected as the "third term" for Reagan, and van Buren was elected as Andrew Jackson's designated successor. To take a reelection, let alone a third term, for granted is IMHO pretty presumptuous. Trump has not even won a single election yet, and you propose to canonize him a political saint??
I didn’t realize that, but believe the situation we are in now is not comparable to anything that has happened historically.
I certainly do hope that Trump is so successful that his VP will be the most obvious person to succeed him. I’m sure that Trump will want a good man like Cruz shine as VP, so that people will have 8 years to get to know Ted Cruz.

If Iowa goes Cruz—and that is very possible. Who will be second? Trump? Sure not going to be Huckabee. But, the real question is who will win New Hampshire? Trump? I don’t think The Fat Man has a chance to unseat Trump here. Then, in the south—looks like trump all the way.

The Court held that the right of an individual to "keep and bear arms" protected by the Second Amendment is incorporated by the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment and applies to the states.
In his concurring opinion, Justice Thomas alone supported overturning the Slaughter-House and Cruikshank decisions,proposing that "the right to keep and bear arms is a privilege of American citizenship that applies to the States through the Fourteenth Amendment Privileges or Immunities Clause."
