He did NOT say that Carson and Trump have bad judgment. He was talking of the voters judging.

Not true. Cruz's questioned their judgement, specifically in regards to having their fingers "on the button".

Absolutely laughable...I just posted something on a previous thread that Cruz supporters justify his money based on the fact that it is good money, not bad money. You’ve proven my point.

The reports about what he said are not what he said. I just heard whatever host is on Fox right now saying that Cruz said Trump isn’t qualified to be president.

That goes beyond bad reporting all the way to lying.

That is the media trying to take down BOTH Cruz and Trump.

Trump is a counter-puncher. Cruz led with his right, opening him up for a devastating left hook, Cruz is vulnerable in a number of areas. If Cruz has any judgment whatsoever, he will not pick a fight with Trump.

More press BS.

This is nothing but an attempt by the press and RINO insiders to try to cause a fight between Trump and Cruz.

If Sen. Cruz took the VP spot under trump, he would go down with trump to ignominious defeat, and that would be the end of his political career.

He’s stopped bad legislation and advanced good bills and amendments

He has accomplished nothing except being a pariah in the Senate. What legislation has he stopped and what good bills has he passed?

Here is what he said verbatim. In the underlined, Who is does he say are asking those questions? He says, "Who am I comfortable with...". Who is the "I" in that question? It is "people".

>>>I like and respect both Donald and Ben. I do not believe either one is going to be our nominee. I don't believe either one is going to be our president. I think both of them, their campaigns have a natural arc. And with both of them I think gravity is pulling them down... Carson is further in that descent. You look at Paris, you look at San Bernardino, it's given a seriousness to this race, that people are looking for: Who is prepared to be a commander in chief? Who understands the threats we face? Who am I comfortable having their finger on the button? Now that's a question of strength, but it's also a question of judgment. And I think that is a question that is a challenging question for both of them. So my approach, much to the frustration of the media has been to bear hug both of them, and smother them with love. People run as who they are. I believe gravity will bring both of those campaigns down, I think the lion's share of their supporters come to us.<<<

Your observation is DELIGHTFUL and purr-fect.

All Cruz needs to do is say, “Good judgment is a challenge for everyone, such as me assuming that I was not being secretly recorded.”

A little joke and this entire thing gets diffused.

Cruz supports a massive increase in H-1B visas and amnesty, i.e., allowing the lawbreakers to stay and work here. These are establishment positions.

I get your gist. This assumes Trump is not elitist and is in touch with the populas. No other elitist has been able to accomplish this level of identification. He either is a genius or he is a genius, which ever.

Agreed---and Cruz understands this.

The idea that all "monied interests" are bad is straight out of the Marxist Democrat playbook. And it comes from Trump and some of his supporters, even here on FR, who don't even try to document where Cruz's big money really comes from. There are good monied interests and their are bad monied interests. Its up to the candidate to connect with the good money. Pretty basic conservative, free market, pro First Amendment principle.

Absolutely laughable...I just posted something on a previous thread that Cruz supporters justify his money based on the fact that it is good money, not bad money. You’ve proven my point.

No, you clearly prove my point. You apparently think "All money is bad." Remove money from politics. Rely on the media to get information. Apparently you and Trump are unabashed supporters of this Democrat, Big Media, oligarchical and anti First Amendment nonsense.

You lack a basic understanding of the principles of the First Amendment.

Only true because the MSM has made it true. A bubble gum contest would have achieved the same result. Bottom line, the MSM does not want to report the Benghazi story.

Here’s a newsflash for y’all though: there is no way Donald Trump will be the President of the United States. And I have listed on a number of posts the reasons why. But, i’ll do it one more time for all of you in Rio Linda.

It seems obvious to me you are not Rush Limbaugh, nor compatible with his view of Trump, so that leaves Bush, Graham, Kasich ... and their coterie. Almost no one wants your Republican to win.
