Senator and Presidential hopeful Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) insists that if elected, he’ll secure America’s southern border by building a wall. But not him personally.
Cruz tells the Kuhner Report that, after he’s elected President, he’d appoint mogul and current primary competitor Donald Trump to build the wall.
“Would a President Cruz build a wall along the entire Southern border and if you were President, would you appoint Donald Trump to build that wall?†asked Kuhner. “Absolutely yes on both fronts,†responded Cruz...

Cruz lives in Texas, he’s a Senator, a sitting Senator and he’s had 3 years to build a wall, there is already a bill in the House for that, has he done anything about it? NO, so what makes him think he’s going to be President? He has ONE bill in THREE years with his name on it....leads from behind all the time...
But he can go down to the border with Beck and hand out teddy bears and soccer balls....where’s the wall Cruz? Where’s the wall Cruz, your a Senator from Texas, where’s the Wall Cruz?????
I think his point is he and Trump have the same attitude on the border.

The wall is in his imagination. He’ll have a conversation about it, if elected. Or he might debate everyone about building a wall. Soccer balls and teddy bears, oh my. He had his chance. Now, he’s trying to steal Trump’s thunder on this issue. The border fence or wall is already on the books, why hasn’t he brought it up? Of course, the Senate wouldn’t okay it, but hat’s beside the point. They haven’t allowed any of his leading-from-behind-bills to get to the floor anyway.

Study up on your Cruz history. This wall talk is a new affinity for him.
Congress has had it’s chance....for years....including legislated funding....to build the Trump Wall, and they’ve only danced around the word “secure”. That’s it. Cruz included.

The personal animus displayed toward Senator Cruz by some of the Trump supporters here is just odd.
I have no problem with strong difference of opinions. But the false statements are destructive.

I’m in Texas, so I know all about how much Cruz has ‘said’ about ‘securing the border’.
We’re tired of ‘conversations’...we want Trump Action to make Mexico build the dang Trump Wall.
