Yes the new standard for Natural Born Citizen is that one parent be an American. Does not matter where you were born, does not matter where you were rised and educated as long as you have a mom that is a US citizen you are a natural born citizen. I can't wait for all the kids with American moms in Islamic countries like Iran to come here a run for president of the USA.
