Today is August 27th, and Trump has the highest chance of nomination compared to any any other candidate, according to this report.
He leads in every early primary state, IA, NH, SC. Have you seen anything like this before? I have not since I got interested in US politics watching JFK-Nixon debate from basement media room of my dorm at U of Iowa. I was a foreign student enrolled in graduate program in engineering.
Trump’s road to the nomination is becoming a movement unlike anything I ever seen.
I watched the JFK-Nixon debate in the living room of our home.. I was 5. I remember my Mom And Dad saying “why do you want to watch this?? it’s stupid and boring!”
I sat there wondering if I was perhaps adopted? lol
I quipped that Nixon looked hot (not hot hot, but sweating hot ..lol)
I was all in for Nixon, I said he seemed smarter than the good looking guy that talked funny.
Gawd that was a long time ago...I’m so old :-(
We lived in Rockford Ill, a great place then... a hellhole now.
Polling experts agree on one thing when it comes to Donald Trumps presidential run: Theyve never seen anything like it.
The billionaire businessmans dominance of the Republican presidential race is forcing experienced political hands to question whether everything they know about winning the White House is wrong.
The shocks have come in quick succession, with Trump first rocketing to the top of national polls, and then taking double-digit leads in the early voting states of Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina.
In another act of political magic, Trump managed to flip his favorability rating from negative to positive in one poll during the span of a month a feat that Monmouth Universitys Patrick Murray called astounding.

If Trump succeeds in keeping Bush away from the nomination, we may finally see a conservative GOP nominee. It’s a long way from here to there, but I like where Bush is in the polls right now and want to see him stay down there.
Trump has to be the overwhelming favorite in the primaries i.e. he has to win outright majorities in 8 of them for his name to be presented in nomination at the Convention. That is the new rule put in place by the RNC for Jebs benefit. The gopes have rigged the process so that Bush can get nominated with fewer primary votes than any conservative. He will get 8 majorities among the states that normally do not vote Republican in the Election. Trump, say, could get large pluralities in all the rest but not get 8 majorities because there are so many competing for the conservative votes. Beating the gopes will require thinning the Conservative herd considerably before Super Tuesday.
In my adult political life, I can’t recall ever seeing one candidate leading all the early primary states like he is. NH, IA and SC are all quite different electorates. It’s a testament to his broad appeal that he is able to lead decisively in all three.
