I consider the "work force" to be anyone above legal age who is capable of working, regardless of the type of work. I don't include the retired or physically/mentally incapacitated. So that includes the majority of welfare recipients. You appear to claim that welfare collectors are not counted as part of the work force, which I reiterated to you by saying "Those on welfare were never considered part of the work force? Got it."
Then you ask why they aren't counted, as if I made it so or approved of it? Hey, they aren't counted for the exact reason you stated; it would increase the numbers the regime wants concealed!
