Sorry, but you are wrong, since those on welfare are not counted as unemployed, they, by default, must be being considered gainfully employed. If all the people between 18 and 68 on welfare were counted as unemployed, the rate would be in the 40's.

The real rate is high 30’s. Government manipulation has lowered it to 5%.
