For Trump, it's all or nothing. I don't see him playing second fiddle to Cruz for one term, much less two.

And Cruz, IMO, is not electable in the general at this point.

Best to slip him in as veep under Trump’s charismatic, crossover strength, and then let Cruz win Trump’s third (or second, whatever Trump chooses) term.
