I only knew Trump before 2015 because of his involvement in golf courses. I distinctly remember watching a 1 hour special on Golf Channel a year or so ago.

It was filming of Trump chairing a meeting of all his resort managers from all over the world.

I was once a member of a corporate board. But I have never seen a CEO as effective as Trump. He was a master at exhorting his subordinates to achieve their best, without sounding dictatorial or bossy.

You can’t hide the respect and admiration those 100 or so managers were showing Trump throughout that meeting. This guy is no dummy.

Trump showed polish in what you saw, but in the Trump culture it is all about winning and performance. Look at the apprentice.

The winners in the Trump management are probably showered with recognition, money, perks, and a lot of fun things. The ones who do not perform also realize they are out.

As his special counsel Michael Cohen said in a recent interview, Trump got his experience as a New York developer. New York is one of the toughest most brutal places to develop real estate and he mastered it and came out on top. I would suggest that the New York real estate market is more brutal than running a campaign. Trump does not seem phased by anything because he has faced very tough circumstances in his business hundreds of times and overcame them.

Trump has got that killer instinct and at the same time has instilled it in his staff and it is obvious his staff loves to win. The other candidates simply do not have this.

Trump is building an organization for the campaign. He knows how and the candidates still don’t get that this man is very very talented. He is moving at lightning speed taking over the voter market with a brand new product to sell called: “Making America great again!!!” He is also doing it at a fraction of the cost of his competitors and they also do not get this.

Trump is using the classic approach business of delivering his product bigger, faster and cheaper than all the others. This is a concept that none of his fellow candidates have the capacity to understand because they live in a different world a world where value is not the focus and fund raising is.

The candidates think their number one customers are the donors and the voters a necessary evil and Trump realizes that his number one customer is the voter and the donors are a nuisance.

Trump spent 25 years stroking liberal politicians in order to keep them from putting road blocks in his way. It’s the New York way.

He’s now belting them in the teeth with brass knuckles. No more kissy kissy.

Is there anything more delightful to watch?
