Somebody very high in the food chain leaked the memos requesting the probe. The New York Times, which broke the story, identified its source only as “a senior government official.”
My money is on Valerie Jarrett, the Obamas’ Rasputin, who is known to despise Clinton. If it was Jarrett, she would not do this against the president’s wishes.

The liberal Democrat establishment is trying to find an “honorable” way for Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, to drop out of the race for good and all. Herself is damaging the Democrat brand badly, and Bernie Sanders comes off as looking good.
Any Latinos with a relatively unblemished record out there in the wings? Julian Castro seems to be the one of only a few rising stars within the Democrats, and he is relatively unknown as yet. Luis Gutierrez is another possibility. Both have excellent resumes in the eyes of Democrat power brokers, and SOMETHING has to counter Ted Cruz or Marco Ruberio.

The real reason will be her non-stop drinking. You really can’t have a candidate shaking hands or talking to general public, smelling like she’s been pickled in gin (or whatever).
Good prediction- I’d go $10 across the board on that one.
