This TPA or what ever it is called it not the trade agreements it’s self.

It’s legislation to rein in the out of control powers of a president that is out of control, it gives the appropriate authorities the Constitutional powers ( that would be Congress ) to conduct how, where, why a trade agreement is established, how it’s negotiated, it gives Congress the yea or nay say on what happens with a trade agreement in tandem with the president or a future president.

Obama was very much in control of this bill, and was overjoyed the Senate passed it. Are you saying that Obama wanted his power curtailed and was overjoyed when his power was in fact curtailed?

Are you trying to be funny? Fast Track Authority is giving away the Senate duty to advise and consent on treaty matters. It is the EXACT opposite of reining in control.
