Why shouldn’t Jebbie be in single digits? Because the GOP Establishment and their friends in the media declared him the frontrunner?
Jeb would not be in single digits if he would just admit the truth and run for the Democrat nomination. With his big government liberal policies, his support for Amnesty, his support for Obamacare, and his support for a larger FedGov role in every aspect of our lives, plus his youth and enthusiasm, Jeb could crush Hillary among his natural supporters.
Krauthammer has been so wrong about the election. He said a couple months ago Bush was 90% likely to be the nominee, with Rubio the other 10%. He’s a brilliant man, but I don’t think he knows anyone outside of the media-party elites.
It’s too early for anything to mean anything, but I do think Rubio will do well, probably better than most FReepers would prefer. I think he’ll be a strong candidate.

He’s in single digits because the only people who want him nominated are Democrats who know he can’t win and establishment Republicans who don’t care.

I hope it isn’t lost on the Bushes that had they invested any sort of effort into movement building, in really fighting back against the Progressives, Jebbie would be in much better shape to win the nomination.
I’ll take his bet on Rubio. Will not be nominated. And I will give him 10/1 odds in real money. But they are wrong about one thing, Jeb should be in single digits as in 0.
