That huge increase on H-1B visa’s favored by senator Cruz is not good policy. Also, IMO, the senator needs to smile more when on TV. Jack Welch said that today on Fox news.

How about doing a little research and here why he proposed this. It was to be a deal breaker for the Gang of 8 legislation and focused on legal not illegal. There is a huge and distinct difference. Better yet, listen to him in his own words in the video.
