The architect of Barack Obamas successful campaigns for president said this week that Rick Perry and Ted Cruz would have uphill battles for the 2016 GOP nomination for the White House.
David Axelrod, one of President Obamas closest advisers, said Texas junior senator did have support with hard-right conservatives. But he questioned whether Cruz could build on it.
Ted Cruz has a base. That base will be there, Axelrod told The Dallas Morning News before a forum at the World Affairs Council in Dallas. Whether its large enough is another question.
Axelrod was not bullish on the prospects of Perry, the former Texas governor who stumbled badly during his 2012 run for president.
After quickly climbing to the top of the polls in the fall of 2011, Perry collapsed due to lack of preparation. In front of a national debate audience, he couldnt remember the name of a third federal agency that he proposed cutting....

If a Liberal is trying to convince conservatives of something that has to do with the Conservative World, assume the opposite!

Won’t be long before the left will be telling us how much they fear Jeb and how he is the only one that might give Clinton a run for her money.
In the mean time, they will be spending their time telling us how hard it will be for any other potential candidates to win the nomination.
The liberal selection of our nominee has begun.

I don’t care one whit what Axelrod thinks. But I do think the idea of another Texan President is anathema to him and the libs, so they will try to do anything they can to hurt their chances.

Axlegrease (and his sidekick Plouffy) is a genius.
He elected a guy named Hussein from Kenya as POTUS.
And after Hussein failed completely ($4 gas, 13% real unemployment, skyrocketing food prices, trillion dollar budget deficits, totally despised Obamacare, and horrendous foreign policy) got him elected AGAIN.

If a lib truly thinks that Ted Cruz being the nominee would cause the Democrat to win they would be unusually quiet about how supposedly bad Ted Cruz was until he was nominated....

Well, I know you are kidding, but we can only thank the GOP for purposefully putting up the absolute worst possible GOP candidates for Obola winning.
Obola didn't have to do anything except show up.
