Last year, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) stood front and center in the battle against President Barack Obamas health care program, leading an effort that shut down the government because the budget bill did not include a provision to defund the presidents plan.
This year, Cruz was the lead crusader against the spending bill again, this time because it did not include a challenge to Obamas executive action on immigration, which could shield an estimated 5 million people who entered the country illegally from deportation for about three years....

Large and in charge: President Cruz!
We’re taxed enough already, but the Democrats want to waste even more and the GOP isn’t acting ready to lead.
So one more time: this Free Republic “racist caveman” is down for Rafael Edward Cruz and Sarah Palin!

IMO Ted Cruz will be a runaway winner in GOP primaries if....
the votes are divided between him and Walker, Jindal, Pence, Kasich, Huckabee and Rand.
Cruz versus Jeb Bush, one on one, Cruz wins.
Cruz versus Jeb + Mitt, Cruz wins in a landslide.
Cruz+Walker+Pence+Jindal+whoever versus Jeb Bush, Jeb wins.

I don't understand where you get the "Jeb Wins" interpretation. Jeb couldn't
beat Romney if Romney was a deaf mute. And it looks like Cruz will be unstoppable.

If he makes GOP “leaders” angry that is a plus.
As of right now he is my favorite for 2016 if he runs.

Angry GOP leaders? Where? Show me the GOP leaders. You can’t be a leader if no one is following.

Draft Ted Cruz for President. We don't need to draft him. He's already running.

Agreed. Me3. We need to have a ongoing FR article building the Cruzzzzz momentum with $500 checks sitting in the wings.
Get us a few thousand of those, maybe even that million, and ByeBye GOPe and their ‘big’ contributor(s).
we WILL get Ted over the finish line. FUGOPe
