I was trained as an intelligence analyst. A big part of that is “know your enemy” and that’s one of the things I try to do here.

I have worked with many former Intell analysts on proposals over the years and you are spot on. It would be wiser to know the enemy even more than we know ourselves (It's your choice, but I like to add a Barf Alert when posting articles like this, just to make my intentions clear.)
