Thanks, Windy. You’re definitely one whose opinion and reference I value ;)

I’d like to post some of those down here in the Houston area. I am definitely sending that pic to my email buddies, in my “reminder to vote” emails.
I’m planning on writing on my rear window, in large letters....

Anybody But Cornyn

Dan Patrick has been endorsed by Texans for Fiscal responsibility and Young conservatives of Texas, also by my local Texas Senate candidate who is a great conservative young man. I’m really disappointed to hear this. Are you sure it’s true?

Dan Patrick talked big but then turned into a GOPe sellout. I voted for one of the two unknowns mainly as a vote againt Dewhurst and Patrick.

Thanks, Windy. Youre definitely one whose opinion and reference I value ;) I'm humbled, Jane. Thank you.
As I said, Ken Paxton has been allied with the Tea Party since before it was cool for Republican office seekers to do so.
He thinks like we do, and walks the walk. The Tea Party has helped him win a couple of his prior races, which wouldn't have happened if he'd gone RINO.
Ted Cruz is right to endorse him.

Yes, I’ve had several conservative organizations and individuals endorse Ken Paxton also.

I just got my copy of American Rifleman with their TX voter guide. They give a full page endorsement to Cornyn. Also endorsed RINO Pete Sessions.”
Wonder how much that cost them. Pretty widely distributed magazine. Michael Beery was interviewing Senatorial candidates on his radio show today - except for Cornyn who declined invitation. One of them commented that because of the size of Texas unless you have a whole lot of money it’s hard to cover the entire state. Many areas only know about Cornyn and Stockman because Cornyn is running so many negative ads about him. Stovall has a substantial number of volunteers. Just hope this is all enough to keep Cornyn below 50 per cent in the first round.

Im really disappointed to hear this. Are you sure its true? I should ask VerySadAmerican to chime in here. I got the data from their post # 59 (and there are similar comments sprinkled throughout the thread).
In the end, we all have to do our own due diligence and make up our minds based upon our best vetting of the candidates. I think most of us have been on a steep learning curve on these threads. I've had a bubble or two burst already.

I’ve had bubbles bursting for years. Dan Patrick was one of them. It was sad how quickly he joined the gopE. I’m not saying his views are all wrong. But he was against Cruz and that’s enough for me.

You’re voting for Dan Patrick for Lt. Governor???? He has dissed Ted Cruz on more than one occasion and endorsed Dewhurst when he was Ted’s opponent in the U.S. Senate Run-off Election in 2012. Dan Patrick is a RINO!!!
To: Mr. K
Your vote is worth 10 times as much in the primaries because so few people vote in primaries.
Just Texas Freepers ALONE could change the outcome!
In some districts only 20 or 30 people show up to vote ALL DAY
____________________________________________________________ Orange County, TX has a population of 82,000. Of that number, 52,000 are 18 years of age or older. After two days of early voting (in person and via mail), only 999 people had voted in the GOP Primary. NOTE: In the 2010 Midterm on 36% of Registered Voters in the entire State of Texas voted. And in the run-off election between Cruz and Dewhurst, only 16.5 percent of all registered Texans voted. Texas has one of the lowest voter turnouts in the nation.

Do you concur with this list?
_____________________________________________________________I concur with all except the RINO Dan Patrick for Lt. Gov. I’m voting for a proven Conservative for Lt. Gov..... Jerry Patterson.
To: Din Maker
You probably should read the thread.
It will help you not reveal how stupid you are.
