The title is not mine, it's W----- Z------ who quoted it. But for a URL I am linking to Fox News' video. To me, it looks like Mitt doesn't show a lot of emotion (that's not Mitt's style after all), and whether he "choked up" is a matter of interpretation, but he does look down for a moment. It's about as warm hearted a story as Mitt has been able to muster. (Mitt seems to be more in his element as a wonk.)
