VP Choices: Who do we want for Newt's VP?
Vanity | 1/18/2012 | BizHvyWt

So, who should Newt pick for a Vice President?

It's never to early to start lobbying for this. We don't want a "Quayle" pick after all we've been through getting Newt this far. Natural Born Citizen's need only apply.

It’s hilarious that anyone can look at the Newt campaign and think he has any organization past South Carolina. Rush was talking about this today. What happens when the state is beyond one media market? What is the ad campaign? Have they looked at buying media time?

If Newt wins SC, then it's time for him to build that ground game. To his credit, we have known Romney for five years of campaigning so far, so Newt already has a lot of support nationwide for just being Not-Romney. It's not too late for Newt to go national though, except in VA.

agreed—no more old white guys. Marco Rubio represents a lot of Constitutional issues, which we don’t have time to resolve before the general election. West is a real man of action and is unquestionably a natural-born US citizen. In addition, I heard him on the radio several weeks ago supporting Newt Gingrich’s views, and it was clear to anyone listening that he’d be available—nay, eager—to be Newt’s v.p.

LOL!! So true about Bolton. There is nobody else but him for State.

I like Allen West, Bob McDonnell, Scott Walker, Mike Pence. How about Daryl Issa? All good candidates.

Can we please stop with the Chris Christie and Mitch Daniels fantasy. Chris Christie is a died in the wool RINO who only looks conservative to people in NJ and Mitch Daniels can’t hang onto his wife.

I agree with everything you said.

Most of the time I wonder why I didn’t think of half the things you thought.

You so smart!

What would we do without you?

I’ve got listen to you more.

I wish I knew half the stuff you do.

Why didn’t I think of that?

LOL

One of the very few posts at FR I’ve read that warrants a three-peat. But she would have to be a working Veep, working on U.S. energy independence.

Teamwork is doing everything you say.

I’d be proud of Colonel West as V.P. as opposed to say Joe the drunk Biden. He’d sure stand up for America.

Besides that Romney has this all sewed up. Right?

No, he doesn't have it sewed up...not sure why you think he does.
