The author asserts that the GOP establishment is imploring Daniels to run to thwart the influence of Palin et al. He also says that Fox News and Rush Limbaugh push Palin et al. incessantly.
The WH and the left have claimed that Fox News is nothing more than an arm of the RNC/GOP and that Rush Limbaugh is the defacto leader of the GOP and gives them their daily marching orders and talking points.
So how is it that the GOP “establishment” cringes at Palin et al. when Fox News and Rush Limbaugh promote them?
Either Fox News and Rush Limbaugh are in control of the GOP or ... not. Either conservatives are mindless zombies obeying Rush and Fox News or ... not.
