Jim DeMint, Haley Barbour, Mike Pence maybe McDonnell from VA maybe Thune. The GOP has PLENTY of capable and competent conservative candidates that can win that aren't burdened by the same baggage that plagues Palin.
None of whom have any visibility outside CSPAN which tells me that they are not engaging the enemy in a manner that is neither efficient nor effective. If they were the MSM would be going after them with the same level of venom that seems to only be reserved for Gov Palin. While they may be qualified to be president, they don't seem to have the guts for the fight.
I will give you Demint the others doubtful. And before you spout off about Demint being a legislator he has run his own business.
If they don't have the conservative base behind them, they ain't winning dog catcher.

Besides, the electorate is not going to elect legislators again, so that disqualifies Pence & DeMint. They're going to look for an outsider, a Governor...and the base ain't going for Romney or a former insider like Barbour.
