This is by far one of the most amazing and saddest videos (audios) I have ever seen/heard. More than anything else, the following is exhibit A about lawful gun owners in America, particularly those who have used their weapons to defend themselves. Far from the gun-crazed, trigger happy racists the liberal antigun crowd would have you believe, they are really just regular folks who want to go about their business. The remorse in the woman's voice at the end of the video gave me goosebumps. And the dispatcher deserves a medal for being as supportive as she was of this brave woman defending herself and her home. with 20 minute response time police will only be good to draw the chalk line....trust me they would rather draw the chalk line around the perp. My understanding his sister was outside the victims house asleep in their truck from drugs and alcohol. This lady made the call she had to make and I’m proud she did it! I will pray that God will grant her peace over her decision and that she has the support of her family on this!

I do not see how any husband can claim to love his wife and not teach her how to defend herself in a situation like this. The woman’s husband was not there. She was clearly shattered by the events,but that still beats dead. Kudos to whatever male in her life sat down with her and said “honey, this is a gun. it is not a toy. it is a very very dangerous TOOL and I am going to teach you how to defend yourself with it if I am not here.......”

Something every man should do for every woman he loves.
