I just saw a commercial for Specter. Said that PA is hurting and Congress wasn’t helping or something like that. Then it said that Specter stepped forward and got it done. Said jobs will result and everything will be better. Then it asks us to call Specter and thank him for passing this.

No, if I lived in his district, I would call or email his office, but not to thank him.
