BOB BEERS FOR GOVERNOR!!!
This guy is both a principled conservative and very sharp!
Very interesting!
This is the guy who authored the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights, isn't it?
The Nevada Taxpayers Bill of Rights? I think so, but I may be mistaken.
What's the view on Gibbons?
My view is that he's something of a RINO. So is his wife Dawn, who is running to succeed him.
I saw one of Dawn Gibbons' palm cards, and her issues looked like typical country-club GOP crap. Not impressive at all. I also wasn't impressed that Jim Gibbons wouldn't take on Harry Reid in '04. But his voting record has been good, hasn't it? I think the question is who can keep the Rats out of the governorship. Gibbons must be better than Guinn.
4 More Beers!!!
What do you all know about Jim Gibson, other than that he's a Democrat?
I know nothing about Gibson, sorry.
I totally agree. Like many others, I have come to know Bob Beers a lot better these past few weeks, and I am voting for him because of who he is and what he stands for, including TASC. But even without TASC, I have no doubt that Bob Beers is the best candidate for Governor of Nevada, and I'm quite excited to see him climbing so rapidly in the polls.
