Chris Higgins, after the two reunited Sept. 13, 2003, at Camp Pendleton, Calif., following his tour of duty in Iraq. Higgins, a native of Tuscaloosa, Ala., is a member of 1st Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment. JUNEAU, Alaska, Sept. 15 --A rescue crew from Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak transfers a patient to Kodiak Coast Guard firefighters and emergency medical techincians after airlifting him earlier today.
