Some years back the Novell salesmen were in my boss' office and we were discussing Netware performance. They showed us some impressive statistics on how many Netware clients the new server we were going to get could support. After grilling them on the hot seat for a while it came out in discussion that the server software was not Netware 4 but UnixWare. *cough*

Novell has always been unix... didn't you kow that?

Besides, Microsoft is the best OS around. I want to have sex with Bill Gates, I like it so much.

I program in ALL of these environments, and the bottom line is this: Linux/Unix is superior to any MS operating system, but MS is still extremely good (especially win2000 the single best OS Mickeysoft ever made)- and there is so much more in tools and programs available to MS operating systems.

So Linux is great, MS is good too, but I program where the money is- and the world runs on MS. (yes, I know...except for web sites servers- but my gramma is NOT running a web site server, she is playing that damn solitaire all day long...)

Anything else is just argument from proponents who are just TOO emotionally involved...
