I agree. These sick, people need to be helped. Anyone who would harm a child is sick.

In 1970 I took a job with a college textbook company. We had a major text for Abnormal Psych classes. As with all our textbooks I sold, I read it cover to cover. Within, the characterization of homosexuality was listed as aberrant behavior. Witht he next edition, in 1972, the characterization was changed to destructive lifestyle. By the next edition, 1975, the characterization had changed to alternate, risky lifestyle. With the last edition before I took other employment, the characterization had dissolved to merely an alternate lifestyle. I'm told that the edition which followed didn't even bother to characterize homosexuality in any different terms than typical human behavior. I believe Senator Moynihan characterized such liberalization as 'defining deviancy down'.

Those that harm a child need to be punished.
Those that exhibit the destructive behavior need to be helped before they hurt themselves or anyone else.
The problem now is that we are so afraid to live the truth and act upon it.
It is really sad that so many die needlessly because of societies fear of facing truth.
