If tobacco is so bad, why didn't they ban the darn stuff years ago? No way! It has created a cash cow and the lawmakers can't live without our tax dollars. However, why don't the lawmakers give the smokers a "rebate" on all the taxes since we can't SMOKE anywhere?!
