Yes, I guess from a purely practical standpoint you are absolutely right. I guess I still have a knee jerk reaction to the potential criminalization/regulation of something on principle that ignores what the material consequences would actually be. They are certainly capable of making the law, therefore, is my amended position, and no doubt penalizing what small fish they catch...actually enforcing the law is another story.

Thanks for the Joe pic...reminds me of saving up all that Camel Cash when I was a kid only to find out that regulators forced them to drop the program. Bastards...killing Joe like that.
