Flyer! The Tobacco Settlement Money is being paid 100% by the smokers who pay taxes on cigarettes. When the states started receiving this windfall of money, (which by-the-way was supposed to be spent on tobacco education and to pay for any sick smoker on welfare, SHOULD there be any), a lot of it went to the Boards of Health. Well, some idiot came up with the idea of forming the Smoke Free Coalitions and the Partnership for a Smoke Free Everything.
Now, that tax money is being used against the smoker to control, ban, restrict and raise their taxes. They are using our own tax money to oust us.
I wished the general public (smoker and non-smoker alike) would wake up and see what is really happening here. Do they really want to see more people lose their jobs? Do they really want more businesses to close because of these bans? Or……..are THEY working with Osama to crash our economy.
Think about it.
