I don't know if it is still available anywhere, but I listened to a recording that was made at the time of the explosion fairly near the building, and you hear a woman beginning to give a presentation for a meeting of some kind and then you hear a series of explosions that sounds distinctly like a demolition. A series of explosions, boom, boom, boom, boom... something like that. I should have saved the recording!
