With idiotic rules like this going into effect nation wide, all at the whim of small-minded do-gooders, there has to be some issue that we can drum up, a group we can form, that is against something the bluenoses are for.

It would have to be something just as stupid as their little anti-smoking jihad, like a group to expose the environmental dangers of airconditioning.

Agitating for town councils and health boards to turn off the airconditioning because of mold allergies, etc. Gin up some phoney statistics and present papers.

Now that would literally have these phoney-baloney restaurant owners groups and their "level playing fields" BS sweating bullets.

Obviously he wants he restaurant smoke free, and knows he will loose out if he can't stifle other owners, I would call that conflict of interest.
