Now that your brought that up: is it just me, or does it feel like we have a lot of anti smokers coming in here of late? I think they are registering at Free Republic so they can come in here and bash and flame us.

I am seeing a lot of hate come into our threads. I don't like it.

If these are Republican ANTI SMOKERS who hate us all so much, then I can see where the word RINO came from! And is it any wonder why our party is going to the dogs?

Everyone is welcome here. Especially if you want an educated debate over the smoking issue. We could care less if you think we stink. Keep those personal opinions to yourself. The smoking threads are a tool for education. Not bashing.

Smoking and non-smoking sections are the correct way to go for everyone. And I am sure there are enough non-smoking businesses today where non-smokers do not have to even see a smoker.

If anyone comes in here for a lively, entertaining and educational debate, you are most welcome. However, personal attacks and your hatred toward a group of Conservatives who choose to smoke will not be tolerated.

Hate? What are you,a liberal lefty? Hate is a keyword for those jerks. Some of us merely find smoking a filthy disgusting habit. If you are dumb enough to continue it that is your right. While not a smoking nazi I fail to see why I have to smell like an ashtray so you can kill your self. Smokers bars and restaurants would be the way to do this. We disagree with you but do not hate you. Pity would be a better word for how we view you. The same way I would an alcoholic. Slowly killing yourself. Have fun. You will look stunning with a designer oxygen bottle in tow. And those tubes in the nostrils make such a statement. "Look at me! I was a dumb ass smoker and now I cannot walk twenty feet without being exhausted. Cool huh"?
