This sort of thing is wrong.

No one can argue that smoking is healthy for you, but passing laws that limit the freedoms of individuals and constrain the businesses from offering legal services is puritanism and oppression.

Rick, your sure right! They banned smoking in Maine Restaurants back in 1998! They just went in and shut the smoking sections down. Can you imagine down around Old Orchard Beach and the Maine coastline where the tourist go? NO SMOKING. I am amazed that tourism hasn't dropped off. If truth be known, it probably did.

We are in northern Maine, and there are only three places that we go to eat because they have a liquor license and kids under 18 are not allowed. Who needs kids anyway. LOL!

But the Human Service better not try to take away our right to smoke in THOSE three places. They will sure hear it from me!
