If a kid decides to smoke, no laws will stop him. Exhorbitant taxes will even make the kids want to smoke more. It is the equivalent of putting a designer tag in his mouth. The drug war isn't working but the cigarette war is. It's time to give them something to spend our sin tax money on.

The drug war isn't working but the cigarette war is. It's time to give them something to spend our sin tax money on. Any teen who spends $100 on designer jeans or Niki's isn't going to bulk about buying a "pack" of cigarettes. It's the adults who buy CARTONS that the taxes hurt really bad.
Is it just me, or is anyone else just a bit tired of this war on the smoker? How about the lawmakers starting a war on teens and drugs; teens and birth control; teens and alcohol. I think they have bigger fish to fry then just someone smoking a damn cigarette!
