Well Indiana residents don't benefit as a whole so almost nobody cares.

The residents of ANY state do not benefit as a whole, even though the residents who smoke pay 100% into the cigarette taxes!

I will be posting what the smokers paid into Indiana in 2001 soon, so keep your eye out.
