Wait a couple years, when they have no MSA money and still can't balance their budget. What will they do THEN? Maine almost took the lump sum, too. Not sure if Gov. King will do it to bail himself out or not. But this money has turned the states into absolute gluttons.

Absolutely! What I find most disgusting is they profess to hate the idea of smokers yet take a bigger cut than the manufacturers get! Next, fat will be taxed, then sugar and so on. What gets my goat is the smoking nazis don't try to tax homosexuals who spread AIDs which is a preventable disease. Instead, they expect us to give billions to them while they kill each other and innocent victims. They are a bigger threat than a pack of Winstons, don't you think?
