I note that the 'denormalization' campaign against marijuana has been extremely effective, in your cases. ;^)

Frankly, I think we should 'denormalize' the idea that gubmint employees should have job security and pension benefits. Like the Corn Gods of West Africa, after a career of sucking deeply on the public teat, their pension should consist of having their blood poured on the fields for the benefit of the crops. ;^)
