I see more Nazi pos's like you running lights, darting in front of trucks and other Bravo Sierra than I do people driving SUV's!

In fact the most dangerous driver in Kali is the whacked out/pot smoking old hippies with the old volvos and save the whales, sore loserman stickers and Save Tibet stickers all over their Volvos. The next most dangerous is the elite liberal in his/her Boxer or some other hot sports car.

I don't run lights or dart in front of trucks. I've been given dirty looks because I refuse to drive at 60mph or faster in a 45mph zone. I always signal before changing lanes or making turns. I never back out of a driveway. I've never received a speeding ticket. I've been in one collision in the past four years, and that was because someone turned into the lane that I occupied without signaling or looking.

I was making a lighthearted crack referencing the notion that SUV drivers tend to be a bit more reckless or have less regard for traffic laws than drivers of other vehicles (and where I live that is the case). I was not telling anyone what cars they should purchase or drive. That you claim such a statement from me indicates that you either have very poor reading comprehension skills or that you are an outright liar.

The current system is fair.

You buy gasoline, in it are state and federal taxes. You pay the same amount per gallon as the guy driving a hybrid car, or a lawnmower.

This bill tries to punish SUV owners. Next, it will be commercial trucks, after that, luxury cars, then after that sports cars.

Remember what they did to the gun groups. First it was inexpensive 'saturday-night' specials (KKK hated the blacks who had them on the KKK's saturday-night raids), then it was the expensive black assault weapons, then the more expensive handguns, and now, the super-expensive 50caliber rifles!!!

I just saw a shiny, brand-new Land Rover with anti-Bush stickers on it today. I wonder if the brainless doctor/lawyer's trophy wife behind the wheel will be able to absorb how this law will effect her. On second thought, nawwww. Her husband probably takes care of the bills, too.
