NO need for me to read the entire article. The Great state of Penna. has just raised the tax from 30 some cents to a dollar on every pack. I am heading to West Virginia for my smokes. Yes, I am going to transport them across state lines and far as i am concerned everyone i have asked is going to do the same. Looks like "dem dare Mountineer's is gunna make another bck on us saps from Pa.
