This is an example of where a "law" is really not necessary at all. I have been to restaurants in FL where the owner already chose to have a "no-smoking" policy throughout. Other eating establishments prefer to set smokers outside, and non-smokers inside. I think the owner of the business should decide this one. Not some new "law."

Your right, summer.

The government should have no say in how a person runs his business. The smoker's respect if the business owner makes his business smoke free. The smokers can go somewhere else, and leave the non-smoking business to the non-smokers.

But when the government goes in and forces them to do as "the Board of Health" wants, it's wrong. And I think it's illegal AND immoral....
