Actually, I was refering to biological predators, but the metaphor works in the human economy as well.

Seems the Monopoly Board there in Indy is going to have a few more Mediterranean Avenues. Nothing like keeping city wide rents artificially high using taxpayer dollars, is there.... You keep paying and paying, unless you are the landlord cashing in.

Like the poor homeless of Silicon Valley with quarter million household incomes....

Right up there with paying to see sporting events in a stadium your tax dollars built.
