A Government employee can kill his or her supervisor on duty while drunk and high on cocaine and still can't be fired.

I wish this was true. I know a few supervisors that need and attitude adjustment.

Government employees can be fired just like everyone else. It's just a little tougher when you have a good union to back you up. And no, Congress does not get evolved.

You really missed the target.

The State Department hands out visa's like they are candy.

Their the last ones you want in charge of any thing.

They could imprison the perps or escort them out of the state or out of the country.

Don't know if the states can do this .. but I do know that the left and the ACLU will be screaming up a storm about civil rights abuse and tie up the courts .. which is one of the problems we already have ..

And no I am not trying to shift the blame and I am all for the idea .. I'm just stating the reality

I know what is wrong with the INS. There are a myriad of problems in the INS, many of which come from convoluted immigration laws. However, I think the biggest probelm is the easiest one to sovle in terms of time and money. The biggest problem of course is the leadership of the INS. Ziglar, as per the Border Patrol's National Union has given up on enforcing immigration laws. He stated last week that enforcing immigration laws against the 9-11 million illegals in this counrty is impossible. There are a number of Chiefs, Directors and Supervisors that are just thrilled with Ziglar's attitude. The way to solve the problem of weak leadership is obvious. Get rid of all the weaklings and replace them with aggressive law enforcers.

But these luverly illegal immigrants are the media and govts babies, we can't talk badly of them in any way, and if we tried to restrict this to certain peoples you're racist (it is NEVER in the multicultural view possible for all members of an culture to be suspect), ergo nothing will be done.

They exist, they're just racist, this meaning they have some notion of Americans as Anglo-Saxon descended. In order to change America you have to remove the descendents of it's creators, or outnumber them. This was predicted long ago by many people, it's just no-one takes notice till it's too late.

We need more than that, why do you think the constitution guaranteed gun rights, if not for armed revolution and why is the govt taking these (guns) away? The answer, the govt doesn't like the constitution as it gives people some small amount of power and is doing away with it.

You may be right, however someone once said it is better to die free than live as slaves, he was right.
